Sunny Futures Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 16 th November, 1985 and is a member of Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Bhd (BMD), which is the only exchange in the world that offers crude palm oil and crude palm kernel oil futures contracts.

The Company is one of the founding members of the then Malaysia Futures Clearing Corporation Sdn Bhd (MFCC) which was incorporated in 1985. MFCC has since been renamed as Bursa Malaysian Derivatives Clearing Berhad (BMDC) in 2004. Sunny Futures provides a platform for its clients to trade on the crude palm oil futures market and to hedge their trading positions against the vagaries of the market.
